Once you have created your company you need to create a Hoshin. Clic on "New Hoshin" in the company's page. 

Fill the following form: give the Hoshinplan a name, such as "2014 plan" or "Marketing Department". Then add a header that will always be visible in your Hoshinplan. If this is your first Hoshin, just clic on "Create Hoshin". If this Hoshin is child to a parent Hoshinplan, then set the link between them.
