Inside every area we will create some short-term objectives.

Click on "New Objetive" inside each Area column. You can add as many as you need, but our advice would be not to have more than 5 for each area and a total of no more than 15. The more objectives you add, the more complex your Hoshin becomes. Remember: keep it simple!
